Rudy is a sweet sweet 6 year old boy that has had a rough life. He was kept in a cage that was so small – he couldn’t even turn around! He spent every day, every night in that cage for months with very little relief! Why? Because his human companions were getting a divorce and couldn’t be bothered to take care of this tiny little boy anymore. Rudy was confused, scared, alone, and so sad. He has memories of being someone’s beloved family member at some point in his life – and you can tell that he is anxious to repeat that experience. This boy has beautiful house manners. He is neutered and UTD on all of his vaccines, plays well with other dogs and children… he is just a really good dog. ODTR couldn’t stand the thought of Rudy living in that cage anymore. He hasn’t given up – he has only blossomed and shines even brighter since his rescue. Rudy is a sweet 11 lbs love bug that needs a companion that is home most of the day. He will repay you with all of the tender love and companionship you could ever dream of.
